Please note, by definition, when referring to UOWCIII Artwork Prints / Editions we are specifically referring to our Artwork Prints & Edition Products available at: https://www.uowciii.com / https://www.uowciii.co.uk.

By definition, when referring to UOWCIII Merchandise Products we are specifically referring to our Merchandise Products (Products Which Exclude UOWCIII Artwork Prints / Editions) available at: https://www.uowciii.com / https://www.uowciii.co.uk.

 

2. Returns on Damaged or Lost Artwork(s)/Edition(s) 

(UOWCIII Artwork Prints / Editions) 

In the unlikely event of receiving a damaged artwork, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item with supporting images of the damaged piece. Once confirmed, we will endeavour to replace the Edition, free of cost.

Processing a re-issue of a Limited Edition print will not impact the existing numbering system. It will essentially be considered a duplicate order, maintaining the original numbering and Limited Edition details.

A defective Limited Edition print would not be considered part of our official Limited Editions and thus would hold no value, due to it's damaged form. If you have any concerns regarding a re-issue of a Limited Edition, we advise the destruction of the damaged print after the replacement has been received, this will ensure that the re-issue is the only one of that specific numbering to exist. 

In the event that we are unable to replace the Edition, we may discuss arranging a refund upon receiving the returned damaged artwork and corresponding Certificate of Authenticity (where applicable).

For the return(s) of damaged artwork(s) please contact us prior to returning the item (where applicable) to arrange logistics.

Please note that we are unable to directly receive returns to our physical contact address, as returns will most likely be directed to our Printing Partner, as orders are fulfilled from their location(s).

The correct return address for your order will most likely be found on the packaging of your order, of which it was delivered/shipped.

3. Buyer's Remorse

Please be kindly advised that All Sales Are Final (applies to products storewide) with exception to Returns On Damaged Or Lost Artwork(s)/Edition(s). Please refer to section 2. of our Refunds & Returns Policy (above).

Our Refunds & Returns Policy doesn’t cover buyer’s remorse, due to our products Made To Order nature of production; therefore, unfortunately we are unable to issue you a refund/exchange/rewards/discounts, or any other form of store credit under such circumstances. 


4. Size/Format Exchanges

Please be kindly advised that All Sales Are Final (applies to products storewide) with exception to Returns On Damaged Or Lost Artwork(s)/Edition(s). Please refer to section 2. of our Refunds & Returns Policy (above). 

Our products are all carefully made to order, therefore unfortunately, due to this nature of production our Refunds & Returns Policy doesn’t cover products ordered in an unsuitable/unfavoured size or format - this is because exchange would mean producing an entirely new product or Edition. Therefore, unfortunately we are unable to issue you an exchange or refund/rewards/discounts, or any form of store credit under these circumstances.

 

 

5. Returns, Refunds and Cancellations

5.1. Buyer's Remorse

(UOWCIII Merchandise Products)

Due to the made to order nature of UOWCIII Merchandise products, we kindly advise that all products are All Sales Are Final items (applies to products storewide) with exception to Damaged / Defective items. 

Our Refunds & Returns Policy doesn’t cover buyer’s remorse, this means that once an order is placed, unfortunately this cannot be reverted and no type of refund or store credit can be given as a result of placing an unwanted order.

We take much effort to ensure that this is clearly noted before stage of purchase, by including information informing on individual product pages that All Sales Are Final. 

All orders placed with us for UOWCIII Merchandise products are sent directly to our Manufacturing Partner, where they hand-make each product. This means that as soon as production of these items begins, an investment has already be made into the ink, transfer paper, materials and the workforce time specifically for your order. This means that if you wish to cancel after the production of your order has begun, we would be unable to offer any type of refund.

If you wish to raise any concern within 14 days of receiving your order, please contact us at: info@uowciii.com and provide your order number and a short summary along with relevant photographs.

 We will get back to you as soon as possible, hopefully with a satisfactory solution.


6. Human Error & Damaged / Defective Products

(UOWCIII Merchandise Products) 

UOWCIII Merchandise products (Products Excluding Art Prints / Editions) are handmade by our London based Manufacturing Partner. The handmade nature of production means that there is a potential for the occurrence of human error. 

On most occasions, our Manufacturing Partner’s quality control department will pick up on any of these product faults and all errors will be resolved before your order is dispatched. However, on the very rare case that something does bypass quality control, please contact us promptly. 

In the unlikely event of a manufacturing fault, it will be repaired or replaced free of charge. Manufacturer faults cover scratches on the product, stitching issues and hemming issues.

Our Manufacturing Partner will decide what falls under manufacturer faults. If a product is faulty in any way, please contact us within 14 days of receiving the product. You will be asked to provide your name and order number for reference. We will then discuss the returns procedure with you.

We may need you to provide additional information, such as a digital image of the faulty item (along with a clear description of the fault) attached in an email, addressed to info@uowciii.com.

 

  • In many cases, remedy action can be taken as soon as substantiation of the claim is clear via email

  • If the fault cannot be verified through email, you may need to return the item to our Manufacturing Partner’s Address for further inspection

  • In such instance, a determination can then be made as to the state of the product

  • Please DO NOT send your products back to our physical contact address or the return address on the order received without contacting us through direct email at: info@uowciii.com beforehand.

  • Please be advised that we CANNOT accept returns directed to our own physical contact address, as all of our UOWCIII Merchandise products are produced in our London based Manufacturing Partner’s studio.

 

 Please note we work in accordance with these provisions:

 

  • Non-Faulty Goods: We cannot accept returns of non-faulty goods because the products have been produced specifically upon your order.


  • Faulty Goods: To request a return of faulty goods, please contact us first at: info@uowciii.com to send us written notice. We here can provide you with all the relevant details, including correct return address.

  • Please be advised: failing to contact us first regarding faulty goods could result in additional charges being incurred during the return process. 

 

Returned goods will only be acknowledged if they are returned using Royal Mail “Signed for” Recorded Delivery, meaning you can provide proof of delivery. You may have to meet the delivery costs of returning the products, although we will endeavour to reimburse you for this postal charge at our discretion once the item in question is rechecked and investigated in further detail and does indeed prove to be a fault with the product.

We will thereafter reimburse you for Royal Mail 'Signed For' Recorded delivery postage costs.

It is only when the item is successfully returned in its original state, that our Manufacturing Partner will possibly suggest a “redo” or recommend a remedy for a faulty item.

Please note: if the product is not in an unused condition then we will not be able to offer you a remedy save for faulty workmanship which may be repairable. Where there is a minor fault, we may suggest an alternative remedy.
